The Forwarder module centralizes message management across multiple accounts. All incoming personal messages are forwarded to a single group chat where you can reply. Access it from Modules.
Setup
Create a Telegram supergroup where all messages will be collected. Add your accounts and operators to this group. Copy the group link into the module.
Account Selection
Select which accounts will forward incoming messages. Multiple accounts distribute the load across operators.
Two-Way Communication
When a user sends a message to one of your accounts, it's forwarded to the group. Your reply in the group is sent back to the user from the original account.
Status Imitation
The module can imitate "typing" status for natural-feeling conversations.
